逃难至哥伦比亚的励志“无腿哥”，滑板上说唱冲浪成青年标杆。
2018年10月，25岁的Alfonso Mendoza，又名Alca，是一名生活在哥伦比亚的委内瑞拉移民。因国内危机，Alca九个月前抵达哥伦比亚。他出生时就没有双腿，他把滑板当做自己的双腿。他练习极限运动、演讲、唱饶舌歌，为同处于弱势地位的年轻人树立了榜样。
